If your insurance isn’t listed, I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement.
I kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Please call or email if you need to make changes.
Because sessions are reserved by appointment only, same-day cancellations will be charged a $90 late cancellation fee, unless due to a major emergency or if rescheduled within the same business day or week (depending on availability).
No-shows will be charged the full session fee of $125. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees.
